Quality Assurance: All items sold by Appliances Parts Store are used, have been thoroughly tested, and are confirmed to be in working condition.
Warranty Labels: Each item is shipped with warranty labels and stickers to ensure authenticity and quality.
Prices
All prices are quoted wholesale in USD, or as otherwise noted. The price charged for a Good will be the price in effect at the time the order is accepted and as set out in the order confirmation email. All prices are exclusive of all charges for shipping and handling and sales, use, and excise taxes, and any other similar taxes, duties, and charges of any kind imposed by any governmental authority on any amounts payable by User. All such taxes and charges will be added to your total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. User agrees to indemnify and defend the Company for any tax, penalty, and interest incurred as a result of the Company’s good faith acceptance of a tax exemption, reseller’s permit, or resale certificate that is later found to be incomplete or invalid.
All prices posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes.
Shipping Policy
Customer Responsibility: Shipping and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Time: Orders will be processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1 business day after payment has been confirmed.
Shipping Methods: Our Company uses high standards shipping carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery of your purchased items.
The buyer is responsible for additional applicable shipping and handling charges, surcharges, taxes, and duties or for providing valid sales tax exemption certificates. The Company shall deliver the ordered Goods to the address specified by the buyer in the order (the “Delivery Point”) using the Company’s standard methods for packaging and shipping such Goods. If for any reason the buyer fails to accept delivery of any of the Goods at the Delivery Point, or if the Company is unable to deliver the Goods at the Delivery Point because the buyer has not provided appropriate instructions, documents, licenses, or authorizations:(i) the Goods shall be deemed to have been delivered; and (ii) the Company, at its option, may store the Goods until the buyer picks them up, whereupon the buyer shall be liable for all related costs and expenses (including, without limitation, storage and insurance).
Return and Refund Policy
Returns: Any part in its original condition and packaging may be returned to Appliances Parts Store for a full refund of the invoice price of the part within 30 days of shipping. It is our policy to refund the shipping price only if the part was shipped in error. Please Note: Electronic or electrical parts which show signs of being installed or used CANNOT be accepted for refund under any circumstances. If your part arrives damaged, you must contact Appliances Parts Store within 3 days of receiving the damaged part. If Appliances Parts Store is not contacted within 3 days of receipt of the damaged goods you will be ineligible for any refund. This includes the warranty sticker not being broken, tampered with, or removed. Please make sure there are no missing parts, or any other discrepancies associated with the product. If the warranty stickers are broken, tempered with, or removed, the buyer will not be eligible for a refund.
All returns must have authorization, which can be obtained by contacting customer support at sales@appliancespartsstore.com. Please include your name, phone number, order number, and reason for the return. When returning your order, please make certain your order number is clearly indicated on the outside of your package. Allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Return Period: Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, This includes the warranty sticker not being broken, tampered with, or removed. Please make sure there are no missing parts, or any other discrepancies associated with the product.
Restocking Fee: A fee from 50% to 95% of the total order may be charged for returned items according to the condition the item has been returned.
Refund Process: If the warranty labels or stickers are voided or missing, no refund will be processed, and the customer will forfeit their payment. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days] upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Please Note: Electronic or electrical parts which show signs of being installed or used CANNOT be accepted for refund under any circumstances.
Warranty and Liability
Limited Warranty: Appliances Parts Store warrants that all items are in working condition at the time of sale. This warranty does not cover issues arising from misuse, improper installation, or subsequent damage.
Limitation of Liability: Appliances Parts Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased from us. This includes Appliances Parts Store not being liable for any incidents or damages caused during shipping. We advise all customers to purchase extra insurance for orders above $100. All our packages have basic insurance up to $100.
Customer Responsibilities
Compatibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the parts they purchase are compatible with their appliances.
Proper Handling: Customers must handle all items with care and follow all instructions provided for installation and use.
Cancellations
Any cancellation must be approved by the Company and may be subject to restocking and other charges.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for any delay in or impairment of performance resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from any force majeure event, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of terrorists or criminals, acts of domestic or foreign governments, change in any law or regulation, disruptions in communications, power, or other utilities, labor disruptions, shortages, inability to procure product, unavailability of supplies of raw materials, explosions, fires, floods, or other severe weather conditions, pandemics, or any other circumstances or cause beyond the control of the Company in the conduct of its businesses.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.
The company will not be liable to you under any legal theory, whether in warranty, contract, strict liability, tort, or negligence, for any damages, claims, injuries, judgments, costs, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or related to the use or misuse of the products, including, but not limited to, personal injury, damage to property, loss of business, loss of income, special damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, punitive damages, or exemplary damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable. In no event will the company’s liability exceed the value of the product(s) sold.
