    • Electrical parts are non-returnable if they have been installed or connected.
    • Special-order items are non-refundable.

    • Electrical parts that have been installed or connected.
    • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, installation, or improper handling.
  4. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Carefully package the items in their original packaging, including all components and manuals. 3. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. 4. Ship the item to the provided return address. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
