Return policy
At Appliances Parts Store, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you with returns and exchanges.
Elegibility & Return
• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging.
• Electrical parts are non-returnable if they have been installed or connected.
• Special-order items are non-refundable.
Non returnable items
• Items marked as “final sale” or clearance.
• Electrical parts that have been installed or connected.
• Products that have been damaged due to misuse, installation, or improper handling.
Return process
1. Contact our customer service team at sales@appliancespartsstore.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Carefully package the items in their original packaging, including all components and manuals.
3. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the item to the provided return address. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item. Exchanges will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
Cancellations
You may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Once the order has shipped, our return policy will apply.
